Terms and Conditions Portrait photography

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Sitting fee payable in advance, balance payable when prints ordered.
• Additional time for photography or travelling to and from locations charged @ $80.00 per hour.
• All prices subject to change until booking fee paid.
• All print sizes are approximate.
• Discounts for extra prints and custom framing may only apply at time of initial order.
• In the unlikely event of images being unavailable by reason of technical failure or any other circumstances the company’s liability will be restricted to any fees already paid by the client.
• The copyright for all images remains the property of Harrison’s Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. No images may be copied or used for any purpose other than personal use.
• Harrison’s Photography may use any images for advertising or promotional purposes including the internet unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
